By using Mazoon Mail, provided by Mazoon Soft, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide business email on the customer’s domain, with a dashboard and webmail, according to the chosen plan.
Acceptable use
The service is for everyday business correspondence. Bulk, marketing or unsolicited mail, impersonation, spreading malware and any unlawful use are not allowed.
Sending limits and suspension
Each mailbox has daily and hourly sending limits. We may temporarily stop sending from any mailbox when bounces or complaints rise, or when these terms are broken, to protect the sending reputation of all customers.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for owning the domain and keeping its records correct, for the mailboxes they create and their passwords, and for the content their users send.
Billing and payment
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly per mailbox and paid in advance. If payment is late, sending stops 7 days after the due date and the account 30 days after it, and both resume as soon as payment is made.
Cancellation
You can cancel before the renewal date. When the paid period ends, mailboxes and their messages are deleted, so please move any messages you need before then.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability never exceeds what the customer paid for the last three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
